    The Fjellheim Lodge (Sons of Norway) in Colorado Springs hosts an annual "Frokost," An authentic Norwegian cold-style breakfast buffet featuring over 40 dishes like herring, smoked salmon, cheeses, and pastries.  Held at Viking Hall, this popular event typically offers multiple seatings, with registration.   Cost is $25 for members, $27
