An authentic Norwegian cold-style breakfast buffet featuring over 40 dishes.

Baked honey ham, roast beef, liver sausage, salami, roast pork, head cheese, gjetost, jarlsberg, other assorted cheeses, tomato aspic, coleslaw, pickled herring, sardines, oysters, smoked salmon, assorted eggs, salmon mousse, shrimp salad, potato salad, cucumber salad, assorted beets & pickles, lingonberry jam and waffles, fresh fruit, Total crisp, lefse, julekake, cardamom bread, knekkebrod, apple cake and other assorted desserts, coffee, and orange juice.
