DESCRIPTION:Thank you for your interest in Viking Fair\, an event sponsored by Sons of Norway.  If you are not familiar with our organization\, we are a non-profit group. At this time of year\, we are looking forward to making donations to charitable organizations in our community. The proceeds from our Viking Fair will go towards these efforts. We also expect Viking Fair to be an interesting\, fun-filled day! \n                   \n\n\n\nI hope everything is going well with all vendors and all your projects. I expect you have been busy\, and I am looking forward to all the wonderful things you will bring. I hope to attach (or otherwise send separately) the flyer for this year. I hope you may be able to print it and share with friends\, neighbors\, churches\, clubs\, stores\, and social media contacts.  Anyway\, anything you can do to help advertise the day is appreciated. \n\n\n\nInformation for Viking Fair Day is mostly the same as in the past few years. On Friday\, Oct. 17\, you are welcome to come over to Viking Hall from 1:30pm to about 4:30pm to bring your tablecloths/sheets and begin setting up your space. We will provide an 8-foot table and two chairs. Vendors often bring small tables or shelves for extra display space. Vendors can start unloading their wares at 7:45on Sat. morning. Please unload at the side door\, and then park your vehicle in the rear lot\, if possible\, on Saturday morning. Use your space from 9AM to 3PM and bring enough product. ​If you wish to purchase a brunch plate or other items from the kitchen during the day\, you are welcome to do so. Have coffee on the house. \n\n\n\nAs part of our raffle\, located in the front foyer\, we would appreciate a donation of a small item from each vendor. We will sell tickets at the lodge\, and then do drawings and introduce vendors and their items throughout the day.
